Submersible = 2HP Water tank motor maybe 1 to 2 HP

So a total of 3 HP

Each HP = 750 watts = 2250 watts.

Voltage drop to as low as 70 volts

3x current.

6750 watts. Minimum required is 5000 watts due to voltage drop.

7/0.29 = 4400 watts.

7/0.36 = 6160 watts.

Recommended is 7/0.36 in this case.

Voltage drops a lot in that area.
