Every company needs to come up with methods which work for them.
1 : Look for companies that pay suppliers and workers on time.
2 : Ask them of the issues they have and also offer some general ideas of areas where we could provide consultancy and projects.
3 : We work on the possibilities based on how they can be helped and how we can get ourselves or our suppliers / partners to assist.
We do not have to limit everything to what we do when we are spending so much on getting requirements. But we need to limit to areas we can understand and manage.
