Eat only when hungry.

When eating only eat until 80% full. Explanation : Leave room for desert then have no desert.

This means stay a little hungry forever.

Get at least 10 minutes of sunlight everyday. This shall avoid many illnesses like those related to diabetes, and liver diseases.

Walk at least 10 minutes per day.

Avoid foods that come out of a bottle, can, plastic bag, or box.

Filter and boil all drinking water. Reverse osmosis to eliminate all minerals is not required but active carbon filters are required to eliminate dangerous chemicals.

Stay away from bad news inputs.

Avoid depression. Avoid negative people. Avoid negative societies. Avoid negative groups.

Actively join and stay among positive minded people and positive groups.

Tank God continuously 24/7 for the unlimited blessings.

Request God for the assistance in everything good.

Request God for guidance in everything.

Request God for the best in this world. The best in the after life and request to be kept away from the hell fire and away from the punishment.

There is only one God and Allah knows best.
