I think USB Tablet witn win 10 shall be a good idea. Also XFCE. Legacy BIOS no UEFI.

This is the issue. Mouse cursor moves. No clicks work. Keyboard works.

KDE Plasma seems to be the suspect for us.

Maybe we should try Windows 10 and check HPLC 12 settings.
