Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and order status.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.

- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service and building rapport.

2. Data Entry:

- Accurately enter customer information, orders, and interactions into the CRM system.

- Update and maintain customer records with the latest information and interactions.

- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies or errors in the system.

- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.

3. CRM Maintenance:

- Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions, monitor account activity, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and synchronize customer data across various platforms.

- Generate reports and summaries from the CRM system to support business decision-making.

- Stay informed about product updates and changes to effectively communicate information to customers.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Create and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, issue resolutions, and data entry procedures.

- Generate regular reports on customer service performance metrics and data accuracy.

- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

5. Training for all systems shall be provided for serious candidates with integrity and reliability.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or data entry roles is preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and data entry tools.

- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

- Familiarity with LibreOffice and Google docs.
