+SHAREWARE AGREEMENT
+This Shareware Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between:
+Applied Technology Research Center, with its principal place of business at C-55 Block A KDA Officers, Karachi 75260, Pakistan ("Licensor"), and the individual or entity accessing or using the Shareware (defined below) ("Licensee").
+. License Grant
+Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the software known as [Software Name] (the "Software") for evaluation purposes under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.
+. Evaluation Period
+Licensee may use the Software for evaluation purposes for a period of [Number] days from the date of installation (the "Evaluation Period"). After the Evaluation Period, the Licensee must either discontinue the use of the Software or purchase a licensed version.
+. Distribution
+Licensee may freely distribute the shareware version of the Software to third parties, provided that:
+The Software is distributed in its entirety, without modification.
+No fee is charged for distribution, except for nominal fees to cover distribution costs (e.g., physical media costs, delivery of the media, server costs for downloading).
+Licensee acknowledges that Licensor retains all ownership rights to the Software.

+During the Evaluation Period, Licensee agrees:
+Not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
+Not to remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software.
+Not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
+. Payment and Licensing
+If Licensee wishes to continue using the Software beyond the Evaluation Period, Licensee must purchase a licensed version by paying a fee of 1 LTC (Litecoin) to Licensor. Upon payment, Licensee will be granted a full license for continued use.
+. Warranty Disclaimer
+The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Licensor disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
+. Limitation of Liability
+In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
+. Termination
+This Agreement will terminate automatically upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period unless Licensee purchases a licensed version of the Software. Licensor may also terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement.
+. Governing Law
+This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
+. Entire Agreement
+This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, and agreements between the parties.
