 +Introducing the ATRC Merchant Accounts.

 +A simple to use secure service designed to be low cost and effective for both merchants and customers.

 +All you need is a working Internet email account.

 +To create your ATRC E-Account you send your name, address, and email address to  new_accounts@atrc.net.pk

 +There is no charge to create a new account.
 +
 +Currently there is also no minimum balance required.

 +We reserve the right to change our policies in the future based on service charges costs.

 +Once you have your E-Account, you shall be able to send and receive payments in Pak Rupees from your email.

 +All E-Account holders shall be provided with E-checks which they can use to send payments to others.

 +All E-Checks provided are unique.
 +
 +An E-Checks can be deposited into any E-Account only once.
 +
 +A Duplicated E-Check can not be deposited.
 +
 +Merchants are expected to get the E-Check deposited and confirmed before shipping any goods.

 +A copy of all E-Checks sent to be deposited shall be confirmed by the sender.

 +E-Account holders can convert accumulated funds by asking ATRC to send a paper check to any mailing address. The checks shall be sent via courier. Courier and check charges shall be deducted from the E-Account depending on the destination address and bank transfer charges.
