If you use a mail client such as Thunderbird or Evolution to send and receive your email you will need an SMTP server to send email.

You may find your ISP can offer you this as part of your basic internet connection package with them. Some ISP's have heavy restrictions on the use of their SMTP server, these may prevent you from sending out email with return addresses that match your domain name.

Whatever the reason, we can offer you SMTP support at Rs 2500 per year. Please note you require one SMTP account per unique domain.

SSL gives users and customers of your website confidence and trust by providing a secure connection between you and them. Which is why all our servers support SSL as standard. Each standard account comes with the option to take advantage of this security feature.

Our current SSL implementation is 128bit encryption, the standard level of encryption readily available today.

This feature allows anonymous users to connect to your account by FTP and upload/download files as they choose to a set directory.

They need provide only an email address to connect to the FTP - no username or password. This feature is usually used to provide a convenient download area accessible via FTP for site visitors.

Domain pointers are used to resolve one or more domains to another. For example you may have the domains:

mydomain.com, myotherdomain.com

You may wish mydomain.com to be your main address and then anyone who enters the other domain names in their browser to be redirected to the main site. This is a domain pointer, and costs Rs 850 per year per pointer.

Domain pointers can be set up to resolve to any domain or directory of any domain you wish. The only drawback to pointers is that they cannot be used for email, they resolve www traffic only. Also bear in mind you must own the domain name before we can set it as a pointer for you.
