If it takes more time to write down the details, then it is good for you because that time is being counted in your favor.

Details of sources and what was done is missing.
Frequency is spaced out with one entry in 30 minutes to 1 hour.
It is not possible to understand what took 1 hour to do and cannot be evaluated.
If you do not provide details, then the evaluator shall not have time in the future to ask you for each entry. They are NOT going to assume

You can check your older submissions and add some details of sources and fix the time or put in the explanation of what is taking so much time.
If a submitter chooses not to provide details, then they should not assume that the evaluation shall discuss in the future or accept whatever they submit as acceptable.

17:35 received email of syed zeeshan for 1 hour 40 minutes on call center project. Replied that detailed report was required and the deadline was 31 Aug 2005.
17:38 Searched OpenSource call center softwares on google to see if relevant material comes up. Sent that URL in reply email as a sample.

To increase frequency of timing. Write the time between questions and answers. As an example to have more fine grained tracking.
If you are using audio recording then you can measure the time based on the time mentioned on the playback software and add to the start time to get a time stamp.
