**1. Hacker :**
   - Come up with solutions to issues.
   - Develop strategies for the business. 

**2. Technical Support Specialist:**
   - Provide remote technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email.
   - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose problems, and offer solutions.
   - Document support interactions and resolutions accurately.
   - Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and solutions.
   - Collaborate with other team members for complex issues.


**3. Customer Support Representative:**
   - Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels.
   - Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries.
   - Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and service-related questions.
   - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
   - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

**4. Network Administrator:**
   - Maintain the reliability and availability of the network. 

**5. System Administrator:**
   - Responsible for availability and reliability of the systems.

**6. Quality Assurance Analyst:**
   - Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
   - Review and evaluate support interactions to ensure service quality.
   - Provide feedback and coaching to support staff.
   - Identify areas for improvement in support processes.
   
**7. Sales and Marketing Specialist:**
   - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
   - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers.
   - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close sales.
   - Create marketing materials and online content.
   - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance.
   
**8. Trainer:**
   - Develop training programs for support staff and customers.
   - Conduct training sessions on new technologies and services.
   - Create training materials and documentation.
   - Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
   
**9. Remote Desktop Support Technician:**
   - Provide remote desktop support to resolve user-specific issues.
   - Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations.
   - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems remotely.
   - Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for problem resolution.

**10. Data Analyst:**
   - Collect and analyze customer support data to identify trends and insights.
   - Generate reports and dashboards to measure support team performance.
   - Recommend improvements and optimizations based on data analysis.

**11. Manager:**
   - Report to owners about the business KPIs.
   - Maintain smooth operations of the business. 
   - Resource management. ( People, Intellectual Property, Methods, and all other resources).
