Since we have a central PMO (ATRC) we can consider it centralized. 

Since we have less than 1 meeting per week for project members, it is a virtual project. 

Since most of our members work remotely, it is a distributed organization. 

So the category might be called : 

Centralized PMO, distributed organization with virtual and non virtual projects.
