KDE Plasma seems to be the suspect for us.

Some say PS/2 Mouse. Some say usb tablet. 

Maybe we should try Windows 10 and check HPLC 12 settings.

Avoid heavy desktops and press esc. legacy BIOS no UEFI. Suggestion to avoid issues.
